Strosniders Hardware

I did not catch his name, but I am super grateful to the employee in the hardware department who helped me with missing tools for my bed! He helped me find replacement parts, and made sure that they fit in my bed frame. I would highly recommend coming here, thank you again!

I witness a male employee say towards his staff about a black male customer that was shopping that “ he’s so good at stealing you wouldn’t know “ so basically I would say this store has racist employees working for them as of August 2026 because the customer did not steal and paid for everything

Kensington Strosneiders literally never misses. There is always someone friendly who will answers questions, help you find a random screw or part, or navigate the store to what you're looking for. Our most recent purchase – a new BBQ – was carefully assembled and delivered by their team. The gents who delivered it couldn't have been more engaging or helpful. They unloaded the BBQ with care, put it right were we asked, hooked up the gas, and tested it to make sure it worked.

Nothing but positive experiences at my local Ace Hardware! Every time I go there, I am greeted by friendly, knowledgeable employees and have no problem finding what I need - they have a great inventory of items for everyday tasks around the house. I'm a big fan in particular of their grilling section - they have most of the major brands and they have just about every accessory you could want + a great selection of charcoal and spices. In fact, I've bought both of my grills from there! To this end, I want to give particular kudos to Tripp. I recently bought a Weber Summit Kamado E6 from them and worked with Tripp on the whole process - everything from what accessories I should get to what kind of charcoal makes sense as a first-timer to charcoal grilling. There was a mishap with one of the leg parts that required the store to order a new one and subsequently delayed delivery of the grill by a few weeks. Frustrating, but not the fault of the store. Again, Tripp was apologetic and responsive to my follow-ups. When the grill was finally delivered, they even included a goodie back with some really useful grilling accessories - a very kind gesture that I had not requested but greatly ap

Excellent store with so many options. Talked to a staff member who was spot on with recommendations. Feels like an old time hardware store with staff that know their business. Will be back soon
